Irving Belateche is an award-winning author, a screenwriter, and a professor at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts. He’s written the Amazon bestsellers “Einstein’s Secret,” “The Origin of Dracula,” and “H2O.” He’s also written screenplays for Paramount, Universal, Sony, Lionsgate and Warner Bros. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three cats.

2016 Winner Best Book Award in Horror!
In November, American Book Fest announced the winners of The 2016 Best Book Awards, and the winner for the best horror book was “The Origin of Dracula.” Jeffrey Keen, President of American Book Fest, said this year’s contest yielded entries from Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, and other major publishers, as well as from hundreds of independent publishing houses.
